Guests celebrated the Highland Park Village Boutique Opening in on May 5th, 2025. In this two-part event, VIPS were flown from F1 in Miami on private aircrafts to Dallas and treated to an intimate luncheon at Terry Black’s BBQ. The lunch featured BBQ classics with an elevated twist, and a live acoustic music performance by Calden Allen.

A store opening party followed the luncheon at the store. Guests enjoyed passed hors d’oeuvres and custom cocktails by Chef Justin Box while exploring the Richard Mille boutique. Upon leaving the event, they received a special edition scarf.

I spearhead local partnerships and events for Levi’s to drive market awareness and sales to the DFW store.

Angel Studios celebrated the premiere of “The Last Rodeo” featuring Neil McDonough with a Rodeo themed after party in Ft, Worth featuring a food trucks, 6 live bands and fun activations like bull riding, live animals and games.

During Formula 1 Race Week, American Express Presents Carbone Beach returned to Miami Beach, this year with an incredible roster of performances by Diana Ross, Gipsy Kings, Diddy (with Busta Rhymes), and Lauryn Hill. This was a large-scale high-touch production with a lot of moving parts by 4WRD: A Brand Evolution Collective with Proof Media Mix, as well as the Major Food Group team. With tickets at $3,000 per person, there was incredible food by Mario Carbone, white-glove service, a beautiful space, and A-list talent. Attendees included Jeff Bezos, Future, Mike Tyson, LL Cool J, Ivanka Trump, Lindsay Vonn and Lukas George.

In March 2023, The Bloomberg Media ESG House @ SXSW was the destination for global tech and creative industry leaders to convene while sharing ideas, inspiring dialogues and amplifying innovations into action.

Prominent executives and changemakers lead discussions on relevant topics that were top of mind for attendees while providing opportunities for people to connect and collaborate. The Bloomberg ESG House served as hub for impactful conversations by influential people to drive meaningful change in their industries.

The 7-Eleven Experience (7EE) is a two-day conference and trade show that showcases new products, services, and innovations from 7-Eleven. It's also a chance for employees and franchisees to network and connect with the brand. This event which is attended by over 15,000 people from around the world kicked off with a General Session by Joe dePinto and featured a Trade Show for brands to show their new products, a Supplier and Vendor Summit, and an extensive hands-on Learning Center.

Choctaw celebrated the opening of their new casino and resort in Durant with various festivities and activations to enhance the exciting event.

The seventh annual Hamptons Paddle & Party for Pink raised over $1.4million for the Breast Cancer Research Foundation (BCRF). 

The two-part summer event was co-chaired by Maria & Larry Baum, Lisa Pevaroff-Cohn & Gary Cohn, Jackie & Bippy Siegal, and hosted by Emmy-winning American sportscaster and television personality, Jill Martin. The day began with a WPA-sanctioned morning paddle race and ended with a festive sunset soirée. For the first time ever, both events took place at Havens Beach in Sag Harbor, NY. 

Party guests included Christina Steinbrenner, Claire Florence, the event’s producer Colin Cowie, Darcy Miller, Harvey Spevak, Lisa & David Klein, Lisa & Ted Harbert, Nicole Miller, Sandra Ripert, and Shelly Brown.

As a sponsor of the event, Karma Automotive had a vehicle displays, test drives and provided board members with cars to drive to the event.

Awards season kicked off in Los Angeles at the Variety Awards Nominees Brunch presented by Karma to benefit the Motion Picture and Television Fund. The event was hosted by Damien Chazelle, Ava Duverney, Jeffrey Katzenberg, Jeremy Kleiner, Adele Romanski, Marc Platt and Justin Timberlake. An A-List crowd walked the red carpet, mingled and sipped cold pressed Juice Here beverages at the Karma Juice Bar to the music of DJ Daisy O’Dell.

The Karma Revero was prominently featured in a high traffic area, where celebrities stopped to take a photo with the car and speak to a product specialist.  Guests included: Justin Timberlake, Thandie Newton, Matt Bomer, Sophie Turner, Aldis Hodge, Missi Pyle,  Danielle Brooks, Laura Carmichael, Natalie Dyer, Matthew Modine, Uzo Adaba, and Taryn Manning.

Grammarly premiered at its first SXSW at the forefront of innovation with the Grammarly AI Hub.

Enterprise leaders, programmers, and working professionals supercharged their organization’s business performance with panels, meetups, and demos. Grammarly showcased how their powerful AI augments human potential to deliver effective communication that makes an impact. It is an essential tool to empower teams to communicate effectively to drive business outcomes and results.

Variety’s annual Power of Women New York event celebrates some of the most philanthropic women in the entertainment industry and their causes. Variety identifies leading women in entertainment who are dedicated to improving the community through the worthy causes they support. Jim Taylor presented Gayle King for her work with SEO Scholars. 

As the official Media Sponsor of the US Open Polo Championship in partnership with the USPA and the International Polo Club Palm Beach, T & C hosted an exclusive hospitality experience in partnership with Chateau d’Esclans, Karma Automotive, Lugano diamonds and NetJets offering more than 200 affluent and influential guests a premium viewing experience.

The weekend kicked off with a T & C Toast to the Finals  Co-Hosted by T & C VP Publisher/Chief Revenue Office Jennifer Levene Bruno and IPC owners, Katherine & Mark Bellisimo.  The T & C Polo House featured an invitation-only hospitality experience for more than 150 guests at the IPC Pavilion. For the US Polo Championship finals, T & C had an exclusive VIP area with hospitality and seating.

This event gave prominent exposure to Karma amongst an affluent, discerning audience with average HHI of $500k and average net worth of  $5 million.

Each year, avant-garde visionary and founder of The Watermill Center, Robert Wilson, conceives the Benefit as a theatrical production featuring works created in collaboration with artists from over 30 countries, offering donors and sponsors a uniquely Wilsonian, immersive experience.  This one-of-a-kind evening brings together over 1,200 distinguished guests from the worlds of art, performance, theater, fashion, design, and society. The evening features over 20 site-specific installations and performances throughout Watermill's eight-and-a-half acre grounds created by artists participating in The Center's International Summer Program.  Benefit proceeds support Watermill's year-round Artist Residency Program as well as a variety of educational programs for the local community.

This in-store event celebrated Tate Britain’s recent exhibition, “How We Are: Photographing Britain,” hosted by Lucy Sykes Rellie and Euan Rellie, to benefit American Patrons of Tate. An installation of nine photos from the exhibit, which recently closed at the Tate Britain, debuted at the event and remained in both the Bleeker and Madison Stores from October 18th - 29th. Guests enjoyed cocktails and hors d’oeuvres by premiere caterer Mary Giuliani, while they perused the Mulberry Fall/Winter handbag and RTW collections. Actress Michelle Monaghan arrived with her Mulberry bag in-hand. Upon their departure, guests received a card entitling them to 20% any purchase in Mulberry stores. 

I facilitated the partnership for the exhibition, managed all event details and the client.

The Gen Art Chicago Film Festival featured 5 nights of film premieres after parties for emerging filmmakers.  The Opening night at the Music Box was packed with 250 Chicagoans, followed by an after party at the Billboard Factory. I  was lead producer of the festival which included managing a staff  of full & part time staff, sponsors activations including W Hotels and Acura, VIP liaison and program oversight. 

Gen Art and Nokia's Art in Motion event. Three films were shot on site, as emerging filmmakers commissioned by Gen Art made short movies using Nokia's N95 8GB device. Guests had the option of ordering drinks by taking a more technological route: Nokia reps standing at three highboys held N810 Internet tablets that they used to type in guests' drink requests. The orders went electronically to a computer behind the bar, and a server brought the drink orders to the tables within a matter of minutes. Along the back wall of the River East Art Center, an exhibit around the theme of “Open to Anything” featured the work of seven emerging photographers, who had each captured their interpretation of the word open. One of the artists, Brian Sorg, took his photos using the camera settings of the N95.  Food for Thought circulated with mini grilled-cheese sandwiches stacked on Nokia-logoed trays. A bar anchored by four tall lamps bearing Nokia-logoed shades served specialty drinks with thematic names like the Connected Cocktail.   From a DJ table set up alongside the Art Center's indoor water wall,  Matt Roan spun a mix of record-based tracks and songs that he pulled off an N95 device.
 

Summer Event at The Seinfeld's residence in Amgansett to benefit Baby Buggy hosted by Jerry & Jessica Seinfeld.  Private "beach "chic" dinner with catering by Hank Tomashevsky, flowers by Kurt Rausch. 

An in-store event celebrating the re-opening of the Chloe Madison Avenuestore with the Guggenheim Young Collector’s Council hosted by: Claire Bernard, Piper Perabo, Jacqueline Sackler, Allison Sarofim and Barbara Wilhelm. Three works that were going to be auctioned at the upcoming Guggenheim YCC Artist’s Ball, were previewed at the event, including a piece by Ryan McGinness made with a vintage Chloe dress. Also on display around the store, were samples from the Chloe Spring/Summer 2007 Collection by new designer, Paulo Melim Andersson. Guests enjoyed champagne, cranberry apple cider martinis and a fall menu of hors d’oeuvres by premiere caterer Mary Giuliani, to the sounds of special guest DJ Helena Christensen. Upon their departure,guests received a Chloe brooch and November issue of Vogue.

Condé Nast Traveler partnered with Delta to create an invite-only evening at Delta T4X,  an exclusive audience in anticipation of Delta’s new terminal’s unveiling. Garcia addressed the crowd with anecdotes about how travel inspires his music, followed by a 45-minute acoustic performance.  A selection of Argentinian wines were served and hors d’oeuvres including Empanaditas, Chorizo sliders, and Quince & Manchego Cheese Crostini.

The Conde Nast Traveler Global Tasting Tour presented by Mastercard Priceless featured 14 dinners in 3 cities: New York, Chicago and Los Angeles,  These intimate dinners at award winning restaurants with world renowned chefs gave card members a once in a lifetime, one night only experience.  

Guests not only enjoyed a special menu of international food from noted chefs, but at some special dinners they even got globetrotting tips from one of the Condé Nast Traveler top travel specialists.

The tour kicked off  in Madison Square Park, where some of our city's top culinary minds—including Dani García of Manzanilla, Hooni Kim of Hanjan, and Marc Vidal of Boqueria - offered bites of their signature cuisines. Throughout the rest of the month, card members could buy tickets for additional unique dinner events at the chefs' individual restaurants. For example, Manzanilla presented a four-course feast of modern Spanish cuisine; Chef García came in from Spain for the night and he talked with one of CNT's travel specialists about the meal, his culinary techniques, and his home. There's was also a family meal at The Little Owl where kids had  a hands-on lesson in how to make meatballs from Joey Campanaro while parents learn the secrets to effortless multi-generational travel from Consumer News Director Wendy Perrin.

American Express presented an exclusive Cardmember-Only Viewing Event and Designer Discussion for Fashion’s Night Out: The Show, the first-ever Fashion’s Night Out Runway Show and the largest public fashion show in New York City history. 

The exclusive event took place at Alice Tully Hall and provided style savvy Cardmembers with another way to experience the memorable evening and be part of the excitement at Lincoln Center. Prior to the start of the live viewing event, Vogue’s European Editor at Large Hamish Bowles moderated a special panel discussion featuring top fashion designers Tory Burch and Alexander Wang, and Jenna Lyons. The trio of industry-leading voices offered their personal insights into the industry, discuss upcoming trends and provide additional information around the evening’s unique runway experience.

Featuring over 150 looks, the exclusive viewing event offered Cardmembers a spectacular vantage point to view the entire runway production on an entirely new level.

Condé Nast Traveler joined forces with The Leading Hotels of the World to host a star-studded birthday celebration for the brand – taking place the week before the Academy Awards, and garnering 150+ million impressions.

The exclusive event at Mr. C Beverly Hills toasted The Leading Hotels of the World’s 85th anniversary. Coinciding with the 85th Anniversary of the Academy Awards, the event served as the official kick-off to LHW’s film-focused 2013 initiatives

Honoring the bond between film and travel, the evening turned the spotlight on a specially curated list of 85 iconic films in which LHW properties have appeared.

200 guests included Leaders Club Members, Condé Nast Traveler L.A. VIPS, and Hollywood names including Eva Longoria, Naomi Watts, Michelle Monaghan, Leven Rambin, Giada De Laurentis, Minnie Driver, Katie Lee, David Bromstad, Kathy & Rick Hilton, Zuleikha Robinson 

Hermes celebrated the opening of their Men's NY Flagship store. 

Vogue and Versace celebrated Donatella Versace's honor on the Walk of Style with Young Friends of Save Venice, hosted by Adelina Wong Ettelson, Olivia Chantecaille, Tinsley Mortimer and Alexandra Lind Rose. Five hundred guests enjoyed shop- ping, hors d’oeuvres from premiere caterer by Tentation, and Pravda cock- tails on all three floors of the beautiful 5th Avenue store, while listening to the music of DJ Matteo. Guests packed into the second floor, to view a runway show of the Spring/Summer 2007 Collection and they mingled by the third floor Pravda bar. Soft lighting, white orchid flower arrangements and lounge seating, transformed the store into a cocktail party atmosphere. Upon their departure, guests receive a gift bag containing a Versace cut crystal coaster and a card which entitled them to 10% of sales from their purchase from March 21s through April 4th to Save Venice. Notable guests included Ivanka Trump, Hana Soupkova, Fabiola Beracasa, Blair Husain, and many others. Press attendees included Fashion Week Daily, WWD, and Style.com. 

W & Chanel Beauty hosted a Sublimage luncheon with Marisa Toccin Lucas and Jennifer Valoppi to benefit Women of Tomorrow at Soho House Miami. 

Gen Gart Shop Chicago is an annual, all-day shopping fest where more than 80 local designers and boutiques display their wares at Union Station. Known for attracting a young, artsy crowd, Gen Art had the task of “getting our audience to experience brands in ways that would get them excited about the sponsors.  Shop Chicago sponsors ranged from birth-control pill Seasonique to Acura and furniture store Room & Board. 

To lure guests into an on-site Acura, Gen Art turned the car into the location of an impromptu photo shoot. After having their makeup done by artists from Colorlab Custom Cosmetics, partygoers hopped inside the car and posed for a camera. The resulting photo became the cover for mock magazine Chicago Runway, and guests left their e-mail addresses so that pictures could be sent to them after the event. 

Room & Board showcased its goods by providing furniture for a V.I.P. area on the mezzanine level of the station. In the area, black couches, animal skin rugs, and glass coffee tables created a living-room feel. (In lieu of coffee-table books, thick Room & Board catalogs sat in piles on each table.) Berry Chill's mobile yogurt bar, which came stocked with two frozen yogurt machines and nine toppings ranging from low-fat granola to crushed Oreos, stood in one corner of the lounge. On the other side of the room, a private bar offered wines from Little Black Dress, another event sponsor.

This first-ever event showcased Condé Nast Traveler’s most ambitious editorial package ever: Editor-at-Large Hanya Yanagihara’s 45 day, 12 country tour of the contient of Asia.

Peninsula and Condé Nast Traveler hosted 200 high-profile guests to experience this amazing journey stateside through a curated celebration that included, an epicurean Asian tasting menu, cultural entertainment and beautiful decor.  The evening culminated in intriguing discussions and speeches about Hanya's trip across Asia and the The Peninsula Hotels. 

ESCADA celebrated the Fall collection at the SLS Beverly Hills hosted by George Kotsiopolous to benefit PS Arts. Guests enjoyed passed hors d'oeuvres to the sounds of DJ Jessica Gonyea while models showcased the Fall Collection.  

Vogue and Ralph Lauren hosted an event and book signing at the East Hampton Store for Holly Peterson's "The Manny."

TAG Heuer and brand ambassador Maria Sharapova hosted 20 guests consisting of top lifestyle media,  social media, trade, online and fashion editors at an evening cocktail party and seated dinner to launch Maria Sharapova’s new Beautiful Rebels campaign and the Formula 1.  Attendees included editors from if and Nylon.

Venue location was The Standard Hotel Garden Room, a hip downtown Manhattan hot spot. The area was elegantly branded with images of Maria Sharapova and TAG Heuer product, as well as displays to showcase new pieces from the Formula 1 Steel and Ceramic Colelction.  Beautiful Rebel photos were displayed on the walls.  A large retractable wall provided a dramatic backdrop – with an image of Maria on one side, and the Formula 1 Ceramic on the other.   The display vitrines and mojito bar were placed in the Terrace’s wading pool.   

Arrangements of cymbidium orchids accented the product. Oversized white couches with hot pink throw pillows, covered rattan lounges and dramatic bouquets of pink flowers added to the overall glamour of the event. 

Guests arrived at 7 PM for cockails and hors d’oeuvres, while enjoying Guests also were treated to passed BBQ canapés and beverages – including a signature pink Maria mojito – while they mingled by the pool and enjoyed music by renowned DJ Graham Funke.  A Fresh beauty area also was available to pamper guests. 

Following cocktails, the wall retracted to review one long dinner table decorated in “Beautiful Rebel” décor, with black leather place mats complemented by deep purple cymbidium orchids.  President Ulrich Wohn introduced honored guest Maria Sharapova and Jenna Fagnan. 

Jenna Fagnan opened the party by recounting recent highlights of Maria Sharapova’s tennis career and praising Sharapova as “one of the most formidable tennis players who embodies the true spirit of sports and glamour.”  After she was introduced by Fagnan, Sharapova and Fagnan discussed the innovative features of the new Formula 1, Carrera and Professional Sport Watch timepieces.  According to Sharapova, the ladies’ 27 mm diamond-laced Carrera is one of her favorite watches because “it is the ideal watch to wear for a night out on the town, but it is strong enough to wear on the tennis court.” 

Following remarks, guests had an opportunity to spend additional time with Sharapova and TAG Heuer executives.  Guests were provided with leather racing gloves as a gift. 

Tag Heuer celebrated the launch of the Link Lady at JCK with over 1000 guests at Mixx, featuring a performance by Sheryl Crowe.

PTTOW! is an invite-only, member network and summit that brings together inspiring leaders from the world’s most innovative companies, along with cultural icons, to showcase game changing projects and fuel transformational media partnerships shaping today’s culture. The three day summit each year at The Terranea Resort features keynote speakers, think tanks and activities.
